Important Note: Alumni of educational institutions is NOT eligible for this purchase. Senco reserves the right to claim the price differences of purchased item(s) if customer fails to prove his or her identification of approved educational institutions.

An estimated delivery schedule was indicated in the product details. However, this is an estimated delivery schedule and we will send you a notification email will send to your email once your purchased items are ready to deliver or ready to pick up.
Under our DOA policy, claim must be made within Seven (7) days of Senco’s invoice date. Full Set of product with original packaging should be returned & DOA claim will not be considered if any item inside the package is missing or damaged.
Under any circumstances, order cannot be cancelled, returned for refund or exchange unless such product is dead on arrival without replacement.
