An estimated delivery schedule was indicated in the product details and your order confirmation email. However, this is an estimated delivery schedule and we will send you a notification email once your purchased items are ready to deliver or ready to pick up.

Senco offers FREE Delivery service for order with any Mac Purchase. For iPad or accessories order, you can enjoy the home delivery fee with HK$80 delivery charges or self pick-up at Senco Redemption Centre at Quarry Bay.

Customer is eligible to purchase the quantity of following item under this program

- ONE unit of Mac;
- ONE unit of iPad;
- TWO units of Apple Accessories (Apple Pencil & Keyboard)
There is no purchase quota on other third-party accessories. Senco reserves the right to claim the price difference of list price and program price if customer purchased more than the specified quotas.

Under our DOA policy, claim must be made within Seven (7) days of Senco’s invoice date. Full Set of product with original packaging should be returned & DOA claim will not be considered if any item inside the package is missing or damaged.

Under any circumstances, order cannot be cancelled, returned for refund or exchange unless such product is dead on arrival without replacement.
