FAQ

The following individuals are eligible to purchase through our online store at education prices:

1. Current student of approved educational institutions
2. Newly enrolled student of approved educational institutions
3. Teaching staff of approved educational institutions
4. Board members who are currently serving as elected or appointed members of approved educational institutions
5. Executives currently serving as elected or appointed officers of approved educational institutions

Important Note: Alumni of educational institutions is NOT eligible for this purchase. Senco reserves the right to claim the price differences of purchased item(s) if customer fails to prove his or her identification of approved educational institutions.

Under our DOA policy, claim must be made within Seven (7) days of Senco’s invoice date. Full Set of product with original packaging should be returned & DOA claim will not be considered if any item inside the package is missing or damaged.

Under any circumstances, order cannot be cancelled, returned for refund or exchange unless such product is dead on arrival without replacement.

Yes, you can change your self pick up option to home delivery service by transferring HK$150 delivery charge to our HSBC Bank account as follow:
HSBC Bank Account:083-9019817 (Payment slip is required)

Yes, you can authorise 3rd person to pick up the goods by providing the following documents:
- Pick up NotIfication Email
- COPY of Student Card / Staff Card / HKID Card or Passport of Customer
- ORIGINAL Authorisation Letter
- ORIGINAL HKID Card or Passport of Authorised Person


You are required to collect the goods within 14 days, counting from the stock arrival time. If you can't schedule your pick-up within 14 days, your order will be forfeited or a storage fee will be applied.
